It turns out that the City of Newark finally posted the minutes for the meeting on the 3rd, but I already shared the video for such anyway. Also interesting is that the very inconsistent Newark Board of Education shared minutes from their meeting on the 27th of December (no minutes for the January 7th meeting), and it is probably the most vague document I have seen from any level of government so far. Having said that here are the minutes for Council's Service, Finance, and Personnel committees which met this past Monday, and the agenda for the full council's next meeting this Tuesday (they don't meet Monday due to Martin Luther King Day).
