A campaign for Congress

Truth be told, I was ready to take a long break from running for office after this last election. However, after seeing everything happening in our country right now, I realized that I have more to offer.
Back in 2014, I attempted to run for Congress. I accidentally turned my signatures in to the wrong Board of Elections location, and didn't have enough time to drive to Columbus to turn it in to the correct location. That was a mistake from which I have since learned. It was also the first time I tried to run for anything.
In the years since, I have run for local office quite a bit. The only office to which I have been elected is my current seat on the Democratic Central Committee here in Licking County.
I know that I am a late entry, and that there is a chance that I may not even make the ballot, because I need 50 signatures by February 4th, but I am confident that I can get this thing going.
Then, I want to hear from you. I want to be the Congressman you deserve, because right now we are not truly represented.
What do I mean by that?
Well, Congressman Balderson hasn't held an in-person town hall event in who knows how long. Why is he afraid to hear from us?
More importantly, why are YOU ok with this?
If I am elected, I will only go for two terms at most, and I will NEVER skip a town hall event in person unless there is some kind of emergency. In that case, I will always make up the event.
I believe that our elected representatives have an obligation to be accessible to the people at all times, especially when the position they hold represents the entirety of their salary.
I have a lot that I want to address in this race, and I hope you will seriously consider what I have to say.
It begins. Thank you for reading!
